- No Returns/Exchanges: Hooleeta’s Studio stands behind our products, but as items are of a handmade or print on demand nature, once the checkout is completed, no refunds or returns are accepted. If you by chance receive the wrong item or the item is damaged due to neglect in how it was packaged, please contact us at Hooleeta@gmail.com. All sales are final.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. We will investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include issuing a replacement or refund for defective products.
- Order Cancellations: After checkout is complete, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled and no refunds or returns are accepted.
- Order Processing: Orders will be processed twice weekly and shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
- Shipping Costs: Currently shipping is only within the US through the USPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping if an item is returned due to error on the customer’s part (e.g., wrong address).
