Returns and Exchanges: Hooleeta’s Studio stands behind our products, but as items are of a handmade or print on demand nature, once the checkout is completed, no refunds or returns are accepted. If you by chance receive the wrong item or the item is damaged due to neglect in how it was packaged, please contact us at Hooleeta@gmail.com.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Processing and Shipping: Orders will be processed twice weekly and shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Currently shipping is only within the US through the USPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99.
